My name is Joseph S. Cartularo, but you can call me Joe, Joseph or Sevie. As a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) for the state of Montana, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to helping you secure your dream home.

I grew up in the restaurant industry, honing my skills as a trained chef. My journey took a turn when I discovered my passion for sales, leading me to a rewarding career with Harley-Davidson, where I wore many hats, including Finance and Insurance Manager for the past five years at Yellowstone Harley-Davidson here in Belgrade, Montana. In this role, I found immense satisfaction in guiding customers to the best solutions for their needs. What better way to continue this passion than in assisting with one of the biggest purchases of their lives?

Born and raised in Charlotte, Vermont, I’ve traveled across the country in search of the perfect place to call home. I found it in Montana, where I settled near my family and decided never to leave. Outside of work, I enjoy riding motorcycles and dirt bikes whenever possible. Hiking and camping with my Weimaraner, Lady—my partner in crime—are also among my favorite pastimes.
